🔁 Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Non-returnable items:• Final sale items
• Customized or personalized products

• Refunds:• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Exchanges

• Size or color exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Process:• Contact us to initiate an exchange via email. 
• We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.

 

📦 How to Return or Exchange

1. Submit a request via our website
2. Package your item securely, including the original packing slip.
3. Ship it back using the prepaid label (if applicable).

🕒 Processing Time

• Returns and exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your item.
